Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Goods must be received by us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product return that does not meet these requirements.

To organise a return, you can contact us at hello@kidsoutletonline.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, customers will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning items. 

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
All items are checked prior to being dispatched. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose to exchange or return your purchase. All faults need to be reported to us within 2 days.

Kids Outlet Online takes no responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
