Shipping policy

Kids Outlet Online uses Australia Post for all national and international deliveries.

STANDARD POST
The standard delivery charge for all orders within Australia is $9.95, regardless of size and weight. Orders over $140 are posted free of charge. 

Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched including your tracking number and details.

Delivery times within Australia for standard post is between 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery area. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be despatched, although on most occasions, orders are typically despatched within 1-2 business days. 

Please note, Kids Outlet Online cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address that was provided (whether it be standard or express post). If a parcel is returned to Kids Outlet Online due to an incorrect address that was supplied, the customer will be responsible for the return postage. If return postage is not paid or the customer wishes to cancel, a restock fee of 10% of the total sale + $25 will apply which covers administration, processing, and merchant fees that Kids Outlet Online incur. Postage is non-refundable.

EXPRESS POST
Express post charge for all orders within Australia is $13.95, regardless of size and weight.

Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched including your tracking number and details.

Delivery times within Australia for express post is between 1-2 business days depending on your delivery area. Please allow up to 3 business days for your Express Post order to be despatched, although on most occasions, orders are typically despatched within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to various countries, worldwide. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be despatched. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order. All international shipping orders include tracking. If shipping is not showing as available in your country, please contact us. We recommend purchasing 'signature on delivery' option at checkout.

Please note, Kids Outlet Online cannot be held responsible for any import duty or customs fees that each country may charge. If an international parcel is returned to Kids Outlet Online due to an incorrect address that was supplied, or failure to pay any duty/customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the return postage. If return postage is not paid or the customer wishes to cancel, a restock fee of 15% of the total sale + $25 will apply which covers administration, processing, and merchant fees that Kids Outlet Online incur. Postage is non-refundable.

At times, Australia Post will have delays and disruptions and won't deliver to certain countries. This is beyond our control and can occur at anytime, without notice.

**UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS TO THE USA AS AUSTRALIA POST ARE NOT ACCEPTING THEM DUE TO TARIFF CHANGES.**
