Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Goods must be received by us within 14 days of the order being delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a product return that does not meet these requirements.

To organise a return, you can contact us at hello@kidsoutletonline.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges through our online returns process. Items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.

Please note, you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning items. All refunds (except those covered by Australian Consumer Law) will incur a restock fee of 10% of the total sale which covers administration, processing, and merchant fees that Kids Outlet Online incur. Postage is non-refundable.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked prior to being dispatched. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose to exchange or return your purchase. All faults need to be reported to us within 2 days.

Kids Outlet Online takes no responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
